Jon Hogg, President & CEO, Chair of Board, Lubbock, Texas

Jon and his wife Kacee lived in Romania in 2004-2005 during which time Jon taught at a local university and Kacee served in a local orphanage. Both were also actively involved in several rural village ministries. Jon and Kacee have two children and are active members of First Baptist Church of Lubbock. Jon worked for Buckner International for four years in international missions, ministry development, and church relations. He is currently employed by Servco Chemical.

Ronne Rock, Secretary, Austin, Texas

From developing successful cause-marketing campaigns to working with the poor and orphaned in the United States, Latin America and Eastern Europe, Ronne Rock’s passion for serving the discarded has fueled her more than 30-year career in both the corporate and nonprofit worlds. She and her husband, Brad, make their home in Austin, Texas.

Nelson Hogg, Director, Lubbock, Texas

Nelson and his wife Cheryl are both retired. They enjoy spending time with grandkids and on their ranch. Nelson has visited Romania on a number of occasions over the last 15 years. He faithfully served as trustee for Buckner International for 28 years. He also served on the Baptist Church Loan Corporation. Nelson and Cheryl are members of First Baptist Church of Lubbock and serve as directors of their Sunday School class.

Dr. Brian Hill, Director, Littlefied, Texas

Dr. Brian Hill, Senior Pastor, First Baptist Church of Littlefield, Texas. Brian is from Abilene, Texas. He has an earned doctorate degree from Baylor University’s Truett Theological Seminary. He has a heart for all aspects of missions. Brian and his wife, Kristi, have three sons Jared, Ethan, and Bryson.

Nathan Adams, Director, Abilene, Texas

Nathan is the Associate to the Minister of Missions at Pioneer Drive Baptist Church in Abilene, TX. Having lived in Abilene the past 9 years, Nathan has received two degrees from Hardin-Simmons University and began working at PDBC as an intern over three years ago. He is interested in partnering with other churches to make a difference around the world and making sure his congregation is informed and actively participating in some form of missions ministry.

Todd Long, Director, Anderson, South Carolina

Todd is from South Carolina and is a Clemson University graduate. His wife, Lisa, and he have three daughters who keep them quite busy. By trade, he is a public school Guidance Counselor and Todd and his family served as missionaries in Romania for almost six years. They currently reside back in their "hometown" as they await the next great adventure from God.

Ovidiu Petric, President, House of Joy Foundation, Susani, Romania

Ovidiu serves in an advisory capacity with RPM as a representative of the House of Joy. He and his wife Adina have faithfully served in Susani for six years. Ovidiu currently serves as pastor at Susani Baptist Church. Ovidiu and Adina are actively involved with efforts to end rural poverty in Romania.

Claudiu Ignuta, RPM Director of In-Country Ministries

Claudiu is from Capalnas, Arad County. He graduated from Emanuel University with a degree in Pastoral Theology in 2005. He is married to Corina and has an infant daughter Carisa. Claudiu serves as lead pastor for the churches in Nevrincea and Cliciova, both communities in the RPM/HOJ service area.
